What we do, every day
Everything upstream of a renovation or reinstatement: wall and floor hacking, tile removal, fixture strip-out, full HDB or office reinstatement, and concrete cutting. We've been at this since 2017, working across HDB flats, condos, shophouses, offices, and industrial spaces all over the island.
If it needs to come down before the new thing goes up, that's us.
The crew
Directly employed, WSH-trained, and bizSAFE-3 certified. No hired-in day labour, no scope creep from a sub who didn't see the original quote. Every job site gets a safety briefing, dust sheeting before tools come out, and a crew lead who owns the outcome.
How we work
- Flat-rate quotes. Quoted on-site, written down, stuck to. Anything out-of-scope gets a separate quote before we touch it.
- Disposal is part of the price. Bagging, transport, and tipping at NEA-licensed sites, not a surprise line on the invoice.
- Permits handled. HDB structural hacking, landlord notifications, building management coordination. We lodge what needs lodging.
- Dust and noise controlled. Sheeting, vacuum tools, clearing as we go. Your neighbours stay friendly.
- Same crew, same standard. No handoffs, no "who quoted this?" on day two.
